Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Deb (Dale) Locander, his niece, Amanda Felkamp, and nephews, Jake E. Felkamp and Connor McDonald, a great nephew, Jake M. Felkamp, and extended family and friends that he loved.

Bill grew up in Illinois and attended William Fremd High School. He enjoyed playing games especially chess, backgammon, Magic, Highlander and darts. He moved to Rogers, Arkansas in 2009 to fulfill a dream he had since he was 10 years old. He loved the beauty of Northwest Arkansas and the friendly people. Bill had a long retail career working at video stores where he acquired his love of movies. He most recently worked at Take 2 Video, Serco, and Burger King. Bill also took great pleasure in playing "Santa" for many children. He loved having a part in making children smile.

He lived a simple life, and made life-long friends wherever he lived. He was a gentle giant and was always willing to offer help to anyone. Bill was very close to his family, to his friends, and also his beloved dogs, including Bugsy, Kilo and Duke. He will be sadly missed and forever remembered by many. We'll miss the co-worker, the friend, the uncle and the brother.
